Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

At House of QT, our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your order, unfortunately we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods such as flowers or gift sets with limited shelf life

  • Intimate or personal care items

  • Hazardous or flammable products

  • Gift cards or downloadable products

Please ensure you have a receipt or proof of purchase before initiating a return. Do not send the item back to the manufacturer.

Partial refunds may be granted in these situations:

  • Items showing obvious signs of use

  • Products not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and credited automatically to your original payment method within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card company, as processing times may vary

  3. Contact your bank, since refunds can take additional time

Sale Items

Only regularly priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, email us at Contact@houseofqt.co.uk and send your item to:

Gifts

If a returned item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. Once we receive the item, a gift certificate will be issued.

If the gift was shipped to the purchaser first, the refund will be sent to the original buyer.

You are responsible for your own shipping costs when returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

For higher value items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
